We have the same issue with Qburger, since in one instance he is willing to kill literally everyone, including Gin, but then in our route is willing to risk his life for Gin. I think this is actually somewhat realistic. People aren’t rational actors, they usually do what emotions or social pressure tell them to do in the moment, within certain bounds and probabilities influenced by their personality. Qtaro is a dick who will throw everyone under the bus if he has the chance to escape, but he can also be peer pressured into acting heroically as well. Most people are like that.
