i pulled muscles in my side/back coughing/puking while sick. i was backing up yesterday and turned to face back and like, seized them up and it hurt really bad. today at the aquarium supply store i was talking to my buddy nathaniel and was miming what i did to lock my back up, and did it, again, in the store. age.
