i had some tea sunday. other than that it’s going well. have a dumb cold with a scratchy throat so more hot tea might need to happen. regardless, still feels like a success so far. I’ve had zero pop, sugar free or otherwise, and lots of water.

I’ve had little lapses here and there but i’ve also been much more mindful of drinking more water and have drastically reduced other things, including caffeine, which has been very good. even though I’m not doing a 100% run i still feel successful.
