I have been ridiculously lucky in finding some pretty good and cool counselors and therapists relatively easily, so I don’t think I can be very helpful regarding searching for one. instead, apropos of gently caress all, have a stone groove or two:

Also I been playing Breath of the Wild again because a glitch kept me from finishing it so I started over and wow what a masterpiece game. It has everything that makes dark souls lonely and important feeling wrapped in this nintendo warmth and nostalgia, maybe the best game of this generation, it's like the game equivalent of going in the forest as a child and playing pretend.

Yes, we have feathers--but the muscles of men.
I love BOTW, game of forever for me for sure. I’m delaying my quest of grabbing all the korok seeds because I don’t want to be done.

The airbrush compressor I bought did not have a tank because I didn’t know what an airbrush compressor with a tank looked like. It works well but I want my tank. Hopefully I can exchange it with the nice shop. In the meantime I will just blow into the back of my airbrush; 100% safe guaranteed.

And the mercy seat is awaiting,
And I think my head is burning,
And in a way I'm yearning,
To be done with all this measuring of proof.
An eye for an eye
And a tooth for a tooth,
And anyway I told the truth,
And I'm not afraid to die.

No director keeps their magic forever, no matter how hard they try. I say this as someone watching John Carpenter's movies at the moment. You get Halloween and The Thing, but then you get Escape from LA and Ghosts of Mars.

So yeah, once upon a time Lucas was a good director. Then...well, time and tide, right?

Some of my all time favorites are early Tim Burton movies, real sad that he doesn't get what was special about them. At the very least he doesn't go back and desecrate them and make it so you can't watch the originals so that puts him head and shoulders above Lucas.

Burton has over a decade of total bangers, and then an almost total collapse. Success really seems to have ruined him.
