Best of luck, Mr Anarchist - I was a chef for ten years, and most of my friends still are (I managed to get out and have never been more grateful as right now). We all live in a county in England that is basically just tourism-focused. They are all hosed. No hours, no tips, no customers. Restaurants won’t pay them anything to keep them on because there probably aren’t going to be any restaurants after this summer because no one is going to have enough money to come here on holiday.
