My boy Sam was a chonk catte, like 7.5 kilos, then after dental surgery in January, dropped a ton of weight to 4.0 kilos over the next months, until the vet called me today to say he was in stage 4 kidney failure and was not going to last much longer. Took him in around 4 and sent him off to the place without any more pain and sickness while I held him in my arms and told him he was a good boy as he went to sleep. I can't stop crying.  Oh my beautiful boy, I am so sorry.
