New decade, time for some new goals. I try and make a pretty good list every year. Here's some of the highlights: - Start the professional exams I've been putting off for years - Leave the country on a trip. - See some part of the southwest - Hike at least 5 times - mountain bike at least 5 times - Camp at least 5 times - Stop being fat. - Start lifting heavy poo poo and putting it down again - Start meditating again and the one I'm adding this year: -Get Weird - Do 5 things outside of your comfort zone. I'm gonna challenge myself to see how really weird poo poo can get. So what you got goons? What are you gonna do in this new year and new decade to live a little better.

- Continue losing weight. Started the year at 203.4, got up to 222 from daily drinking (10 years almost nonstop) and am now at 214.4 - Continue not drinking. I've had a few days of drinking since I stopped but I'm not drinking 18 beers a day so every day is basically a win without that bullshit. I'm on day 71 with a few lapses - Go camping and hiking as much as I possibly can - Ride my awesome bike that I used maybe 3 times in 4 years - Maybe do a 5k - Travel somewhere. I'm almost afraid of leaving my house so I'd like to go somewhere in the US or even abroad even if I have to do it myself. I can afford it - Get more into my Buddhism - Stop Twitter and try to avoid political things since they seriously drive me mad. Creates so much anger and hatred and I don't need that - Make this the year of mental health. I've been suffering forever and drink heavily to make it stop but that, of course, just makes it worse #1 Priority = Start to live
