Okay I've given this exactly 3 minutes of thought and these are my top 10 favorite games from the 2010s. 1. Life is Strange 2. Horizon Zero Dawn 3. Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice 4. Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls 5. Mass Effect 2 6. Control 7. Gone Home 8. Assassin's Creed Odyssey 9. Divinity: Original Sin 2 10. Night in the Woods Honorable mentions to Before the Storm, A Plague Tale, The Walking Dead S1, DOOM, God of War, Tomb Raider, and ME3 multiplayer. I've noticed my list is super backloaded because the early 2010s sucked! Good thing walking sims rose up and saved the medium. May the next decade keep going strong.

Top 2010s games: 1. Resident Evil 2 Remake 2. Prey 3. Dark Souls 4. Deus Ex: Mankind Divided 5. Hotline Miami (in particular the soundtrack got me into synthwave) 6. Fallout: New Vegas 7. Hitman 2 8. Resident Evil 7 (especially End of Zoe  )9. Binding of Isaac: Rebirth 10. Nier: Automata Honourable mention: Spelunky I think I'll be replaying each of these within the next decade, except for number 9 as I had enough difficulty stopping myself!

Best game for the 2010s came out in 2011 for me. Strong start. Also my favourite game of all time. So thank you 2010s.

My top ten of the decade would be something like (in no real order) 1) Bloodborne 2) Journey 3) Nier 4) A Night in the Woods 5) Undertale 6) Odin Sphere Leifthrasir 7) The Witness 8) Super Mario Odyssey 9) Binding of Isaac: Rebirth 10) Bayonetta 2 I am probably forgetting like an entire top ten list worth of stuff that should be there instead, but those are all games that I would feel comfortable saying were my best of the decade. Also the following don't necessarily fit neatly into my top 10 games list, but last decade I also enjoyed: - Blood: Fresh Supply (finally a playable version that's not limited to the Build engine!) and the Death wish mod - AMID EVIL - DUSK - Chrono Trigger DS (SNES version never released in Europe, didn't actually play this until 2012 I think but it was amazing)

I think the only games that came out this decade that I've actually played are Hearthstone and Gone Home. Oh wait, maybe Starcraft II as well? Ah yes and I had a bit of time with Skyrim too though not that much. So those are my four games of the 10s.

Happy New Year everybody! I'm saving up extra cash to get a PS4 Pro, so I'm finally gonna play Judgment since the PC port still hasn't been announced. I'll also be ready to play FF7R and TLOU2 when they drop.
