HM for the Women's Royal Rumble. It was really good at a lot of parts one awful part and meh ending. WMOTYC: Cody vs MJF AEW Revolution 2/29 that loving stunk. I was expecting it to get into some sort of high gear and it never did??? I feel like i completely missed why MJF was bleeding and i couldn't stop laughing at the awful band and cody's awful tattoo along with that dumb ending. For a grudge match that didn't feel like one and it never felt like they clicked in the ring. The segments leading up to this were much better than the pay off

Hager versus Dustin was like an okay match on WWE TV or even on pay-per-view I guess and if aew is supposed to be the alternative to WWE, then match was bad. Sort of why Cody vs. Mjf didn't work for me. It felt too similar to WWE match where the loser heel just happens to win and didn't live up to the build-up

the royal rumble was the last time people had hope for anything and then it was one guy running through a bunch of the roster that they liked. The same guy who has been the center of killing any and all talent that people might be into instead of making new stars. so of course the wrestlemania year where they actually try to make new stars off those big names is when the the world comes to an end, theres no fans in buildings or watching tv that care.
