Also, there have been a lot of personal snipes in here recently. I know everybody is getting more and more tense and anxious with literally every day of the news cycle but I think that's particular reason not to try to antagonize each other right now or respond to antagonism in kind. I don't want to interfere with Moon Slayer's jurisdiction but it's something that has been mounting as everyone grows more and more fearful and angry and I am going to get ahead of this now. I'm not going to probate anyone at the moment as this had not yet been addressed, but I may well in the future.

i've met a grand total of three goons in the wild across my whole life i had a buddy in high school who was a TCC poster and eventually bailed on the site for leftbook because he was a creep and kind of an rear end in a top hat, and goons hated him my old boss from where i currently work is an ex-goon who kind of didn't realize SA was still a thing and mostly uses reddit nowadays (I don't think he got banned or anything, just jumped ship because SA looked like it was dying) and my fiancee is a lurker goon entirely because she kept reading it over my shoulder and laughing her rear end off

The only time I remember meeting a goon IRL was on the Portland to Seattle train on the way to Penny Arcade Expo with two high school friends in 2007. I wasn't yet a goon so he was just some weirdo with a netbook with emulators on it. Godspeed, train goon
