I have a feeling that a part of that was because a goon was good friends with one of the families affected by the bombing, so he was extra-invested in what was going on.

Zoe Saldana was nominated for the 2010 MTV Choice Award for 'Best Kiss' for her kiss with Sam Worthington in Avatar. Which is wild given both of them were CGI cat aliens at the time, so neither one of them participated in the kiss as seen on-screen. Really, MTV should have nominated the effects studio for Best Kiss in 2010.

I get that they're not a den of Nazis and people were real lovely to them during all of this but maybe I don't want to keep seeing that poo poo in order to find one of these fabled jokey-jokes that makes the slurs worthwhile, you know?
