idk I used to work at a restaurant many years ago, and there was a sandwich on the menu called the supermelt. sourdough, buttered and grilled pepper jack and sharp cheddar turkey breast slices ham slices roast beef slices we'd grill the bread on the griddle with the meats. combine all with cheese and it was delicious. the least important meat was roast beef imo. it was v good. `Nemesis fucked around with this message at 12:04 on Jan 12, 2020 |

I think if I'm making it myself some sort of meaty grilled cheese. Which you can do with spicy chicken if you like! Just do the cheese and the meat and the more cheese and then grill it. It's v. tasty. If you don't have spare meats you can put pickled onions in it or Branston Pickle and that is also delicious If I'm buying it from someone else there's a place near here that does an amazing spicy pork belly sandwich, and another place in a different direction that does banh mi All that said, spicy chicken is an excellent sandwich choice |

this might sound dumb but my favourite sandwich is a cold super-basic farmhand kinda thing. wheat/seed bread, just enough mayo to keep it from getting soggy, lot of thin-sliced turkey breast, lettuce tomato *maybe* onion with some of grandma's special mustard. it's tasty, cheap, holds up well in a lunchbox, and good for you. a spicy chicken sandwich costs like 2x as much, is pretty much poison, and a soggy mess half an hour after it's passed out the drive-thru window. i'm assuming you mean the fast-food item because that's the only place i ever see em, i'm sure they could be done well but it's hard to fry chicken at home

The southwest jalapeno burg from Wendy's is head and shoulders above the spicy chicken. But the spicy chicken is in the 2 for 5 and I'm poor so I'm gonna say no, spicy chicken is the best |

y'all just thought of another sandy I make. corn meal (yellow) a bunch of MSG cayenne - more than you think you need cause you gonna deep fry this season salt like Lawry's garlic powder onion powder mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. this is getting deep fried so more seasoning than normal is ok. I normally just buy frozen chicken breasts so when I thaw them there's a bunch of juice to make sure the coating sticks, but an egg wash would probably be a real good improvement. deep fry as normal and enjoy |
