The Dark Reader extension does wonders.

yeah this is great, the default was a little too dark but I turned down the contrast a bit and it's perfect

Install Stylus for Chrome or Firefox then add the something awful wronger theme.

Do not install the Stylish plugin, its straight up spyware.
