Calamity Brain: Jan 27, 2011; California Dreamin'

Okay, this one's been bugging me for years. I have a photo of me as a kid and in the background a movie (or TV show, but probably movie) is in the background and I really want to know what it is.

This photo was taken January 29th, 1995, and this was on TV in Western Canada so that should narrow the window a bit... even help recognizing one of the actors would probably lock this up.
