For those of us who work with 15 year old software, or deal with incredibly esoteric questions about why this framework won't interact with that one because no programmer ever talked to another one before the Internet Forum was invented, its is invaluable. Why it's used to talk about anything else just doesn't compute. And yes, I am insufferable in real life.
