Calorically, it's richer then full fat yogurt. Decent protein. I usually have a cup of cottage in the morning, then an apple or other fruit at 11ish, a light lunch at 2 or 3. I'm calorie counting, and it's working so far.


17 year old bucket would probably be horrified by most of the life choices 35 bucket is making.

Gotta add a lot of black pepper to a moist high fat cottage cheese. Great afternoon protein snack!
