They're two young attractive people. Well, one attractive young woman and one young good male actor. Nothing wrong with getting horney and wanting their characters to get it on. Kylo's got a lower body count than Luke or Lando or Poe, so on a sliding scale of evil he's probably not too bad. He did try to emotionally manipulate her though, which is a big red flag

Kylo isn't in charge. I'm not sure there's even anything to suggest he's involved with Starkiller at all; in the first movie he's all about tracking down Luke Skywalker for Snoke. What did he do to "help"
