resurrecting this thread with this nigerian highlife album from '77, like it says in the name. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4oxEYvuSqRc I could see like 8 copies of this album in this legendary record digging picture (of frank "voodoo funk" gossner) and wanted to see if it was good. If you like highlife, it's good. If you don't like highlife or haven't heard much of it, you should prepare to relax to some long grooves.
