Satogu's Flower Guide: a well-written guide that covers genetics and a whole bunch of other things. Probably the best starting point if you want to understand advanced flower mechanics/genetics.
Paleh's Genetics Guide: a more advanced, but somewhat harder-to-follow guide to flower genetics.
Backwardsn�s Optimized ACNH Hybrid Recipes: contains breeding "recipes" that tell you how to reach the rarest colors quickly.
ACNH Flower Genes: a spreadsheet mapping genotypes (genes) to phenotypes (colors).
