Or your S.O.? I’ve developed this over the last few years and it’s annoying me and mrs sexual. How do you stop from doing it? What causes it? And I do not snore. E I just realized this is a counterpart to my napping thread.

My brother does this and when me, him, and our friend were all roommates he'd get hosed up and pass out and we'd just ask him questions and poo poo. None of it made any sense of course but you got the impression the brain was trying to keep up a conversation. Pretty fun for five or ten minutes.

Nope. Don't rip rear end when I sleep either so a good pile of broccoli for dinner saves me setting the alarm clock if I time things right.

Constantly I wake myself up finishing complete sentences, maybe ten more words when I'm awake. Then I think Jesus Christ that's nuts and go right back to sleep

I will, very rarely, say random words in my sleep. My wife often talks in her sleep. Full on conversations. It's very entertaining when she's passed out and I can't sleep.

I had a sexual encounter in my sleep, and I do talk frequently while asleep I think it's genetic, Burt. You have to alter your DNA

I don't think so? If I do, it would have developed in the past ten years or so. I will probably never find out, though.

Apparently I mumble sometimes. My missus snores like a truck engine as soon as she falls asleep and it's the most soothing sound in the world to me.

I shared a bunk bed with my little brother growing up. He talk in his sleep a lot. I'd try to convince him he kissed the fat girl in the neighborhood and he liked it.

I was once asleep with my then-girlfriend in a room with some of our friends, and when I woke up was told that she started talking in her sleep and I "replied" by also talking in my sleep. Apparently, we held a conversation for some time, speaking in turns while both asleep (all gibberish to our friends). They said it was cute

My wife once woke up to me humming and looking at her wide eyed but still asleep. She was so unnerved she slept in the spare room with a chair against the handle for the rest of the night.

My brother talks to the truck drivers he works with when he falls asleep on the couch at family gatherings, it's a bit mumble-y but pretty coherent, there's lots of logistics jargon though.
