Also add on top of that he's probably not interested in what few offers he may be getting, which are probably league minimum or minor league split deals. He hasn't had a year of <1 bWAR ever

Yeah, he put up 2.7 in 2018 playing in 125 games. 1.4 last year is low but he was also being shuffled around between teams, I think he's still worth a look. That said, we have no idea if he's been offered anything and is turning it down to look for a bigger payday - gotta imagine that someone like Puig looking at his first free agent contract is probably seeing a significant gulf between his wants and what teams are willing to offer.
