I use my three screens like the three sea shells: to remove poo poo from my body (my posts) and add it to a larger pile (yospos)

The time htc made a huge phone and included a tiny phone in the box because the huge phone was too big to use normally

Lol it was a HTC Butterfly, with the enormous screen size of 5 inches, far too big to use as a phone.

Related, I had a HTC One M7 and a M8 (the successors to the Butterfly), they were both great phones, the unibody aluminum chassis was great and they had the best speaker sound I think I've heard out of a phone at least until well into the 2020's. They also had weird poo poo like an IR blaster built into the power buttons.

Also this one which I hadn't seen before:

CS-mount lenses instead of the larger EF mount above.

There may be better, more recent designs but this did me nicely.

The app is wonky but useable in that 'oh yeah better make one in English as well' afterthought way.

i guess it's one of those things that died fast because it was intended as an upgrade to a fading technology, like token ring when ethernet was taking over

i bet with the right endpoints with great/fast error handling you could still get decent speeds today. i have often been surprised by the throughout of poor/damaged copper
