there are workarounds for that

and why would you need current-day plug-ins when you have TDM?

I got an EMagic AMT8 on eBay and it turns out Apple still provides a current driver and Logic still supports it

so now I have an 8-in, 8-out MIDI interface that I can use with literally any Mac from the original Mac 128 to the latest M2-based Mac
