They also aim for the most clear, obvious and literal meaning of the Written Law as possible, whereas other Jewish traditions will do things like say 'okay so this whole kid and its mother's milk thing comes up three times without context, it clearly has to mean something besides the literal.' What do they think of "God created man in his own image"?
