my boss is doing something creative for once: pay us extra if we work in the office. working in the office full time rather than once or twice a week amounts to a 25% raise. and he hired an actual chef and spent tens of thousands of euros on an industrial kitchen so we can get free lunches and snacks i'm still considering working from home as much as possible, because I don't want to catch covid on the subway, and my home office has a bigger screen, better mouse and keyboard etc

I've never really stopped going to the office and I've taken public transportation for the entirety of the pandemic and honestly, if you wear a good mask, I don't think the tram or metro is very risky. The risk comes from colleagues who show up at work with the "flu" or a "cold"
