I've been at my new job for a month and it feels like a vacation compared to the last one. I switched from being a full timer to a consultant, which might explain it. I've figured out what I need to do for the client, worked to break that into tasks and now I just accomplish tasks.

unless you're testing regularly, you can't confidently say you haven't had it because it can be asymptomatic and still cause issues down the line

It showed that there was an initial dip in the first year but then the velocities started slowly increasing, and now they've plateaued. goddamn i hate story points being used for anything but the people doing the work figuring out how much work they can reasonably do in the near future.
