Not sure if it fits the theme but "Idle Hands" is my suggestion. Its more horror but does revolve around a guy trying to get laid/save his crush. I think Offspring performs a song in that movie during prom. Looking back through my movies I also had "Tomcats" in there. I don't remember a lot of it but it had Jake Busey and Shannon Elizabeth. I probably picked it up because I believe Shannon Elizabeth is one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen and that scene in "American Pie" was definitely a formative experience for me. Not a sex romp movie per se but I noticed "Reno 911 Miami" in my collection and I will always recommend that movie to anyone that will listen.

It's VERY outside of the normal tradition of teen sex romps and might be slightly outside the given thread timeframe but Eight Days a Week is an entire movie centered around finally getting to make sex with the hot neighbor girl next door instead of her rear end in a top hat jock boyfriend. I think it's a really good film and the more I tell you about it the more I'm taking away from the magic of the movie.

I didn't expect the new guy to be all that great but it's actually a movie I think is really good at doing what it's setting out to. You can probably ignore my opinion though because I've willingly watched 50 first dates at least a double digits number of times

It wasn't until about the third time I re-read my own work that I realized I had tragically left that implication. No the nerdy next door guy is not having sex with the jock boyfriend rather the jock boyfriend and the sexy girl next door are having tons and tons of sex and nerdy guy is very much upset about it.

At the time it seemed like the National Lampoon brand was pumping out nothing but straight-to-DVD sex comedies. The one that stands out as being emblematic of the era was Jake's Booty Call, a film based on a series of porn flash cartoons from the flash site romp.com. It has the distinction of being the first feature film made in Flash and being produced by the son of Michael Eisner. Eric Eisner's startup site romp.com was an adult flash site that tried to offer premium content as a subscription service, which is the type of business model that could only exist in the early 2000s and with the backing of dad's money.
