They're pretty safe, OP. You catch the virus from people, not just from being outside. It's okay to go out into the woods or whatever if you're just chasing bugs. I bet they're finding cool new bugs. Maybe even beetles. I bet they're having fun catching up with all the bugs now that they've got all this free time.
