I mean, WWE probably reasoned out that there was no point in changing up the show they had packaged/planned because anyone who is gonna watch WM is gonna watch WM no matter what crud or false promises they have on it. And they're probably right.

I don't understand why WWE fans just roll over and take that kind of stuff. If Disney started advertising a new Avenger's film with Robert Downy Jr in all the marketing despite him never showing up to film anything and denying his involvement then the movie launches and he WASNT in it people would probably burn Disney to the ground.
