Not percentage based, but it is stupidly hard to get in the Vanilla game requiring you to complete every storyline in the game all of them spanning the whole game and some of them being easy to gently caress up and costing you the "Episode Complete" at the end and the dressphere as well. It's a lot easier to get in the HD version just requiring you to complete the tournaments they added.
