Maybe its WWE poison brain but they planted the seeds for a Young Bucks feud? Nick telling Matt about how he doest know when he is going to wrestle again and Matt being really pushy about is return? and putting a loving RING in his frontyard?

If they break up it's because they want to try some stuff as singles, and not looking for a Janetty to jettison. It's way different than Vince not liking tag wrestling. One thing that post-show cast made absolutely clear is that the wrestlers ARE the creative.

Dynathoughts: I like the "undisclosed location" set. Struck a nice balance between big and small. Glad we've got some people at ringside. I've seen less well attended indies. Archer on the other side of the bracket is fun. He could cut a path through this. I like the Natural Nightmares as a team. I'm sold on Marshall. Things feel more normal tonight than last week. Ooh, starting hot with a Trent /Kenny match. This is a fun high energy New Japan gaijin match and all the better for it. Goddamn, Trent is good. I love Best Friends, but I hunger for a Trent singles run. Jimmy offering Trent weapons was great. I... genuinely believed that Trent could get a draw here. Holy poo poo that was good. Kind of wish they'd given Anna Jayy an entrance. It's not like they don't have TV time to burn. Shida looks tremendous as always. Jayy isn't bad but she's moving at three quarter speed. Orange Cassidy's blank sign was great. Cody forgetting Hangman again when he calls JR "the last cowboy in pro wrestling" God drat you, AEW, you made me care about a Jake Hager match. Nice of AEW to give Lance Archer a lawn dart to play with. Jake is so good. This is the perfect role for him. Risky for him to do a card-centric promo. gently caress YES EVERYBODY DIES! (Penelope looked quite taken with Lance Archer) (have we thought about the optics of a guy whose grandma just died listening to Everybody Dies? Is that a thing we've thought about?) gently caress me, that pounce from Archer was a thing of beauty. Mr Brodie with the predatory cult poo poo and bullying boss poo poo is SO good. 8 and 9 of the Dark Order. I actually love this. Colt going really hard on the "why would anyone work for a guy like Mr Brodie" bit. No chips on shoulders there. Brodie showing Dustin his back was great. This is all building really well. Jericho in the hot tub in his trousers and belt is fantastic. Everything about this is great. "RELEASE THE HOUUUNNNNDDDSSS!" No holds barred at least means that the Mox / Hager match can have some coverage for weak spots with run ins etc. Penelope has has a lot of good thirsty reactions to guys in the ring. Cody & Darby v Sammy and Spears was WILD fun. The pole drop was superb. I saw Fire Ant do something similar at King Of Trios in 2017. Wonder if word about that spot got to him somehow... Darby cleaning Cody's clock at the end was great telegraphing. This tournament is looking good.

I really like that Lee's gimmick is just how Vince is in real life. If you're really inside it might seem petty but a casual will just see this big scary guy acting like a psycho prick.
