Everywhere is Manhattan in pretty much all cyberpunk fiction it seems like. Dredd (2012) but its also the Trailer Park Boys. I could see that being real

Gibson's The Peripheral is partially set in rural cyberpunk. The PDF short stories prologue of Morden's Metrozone books has some stuff not in cities too.
