They put up the first episode of the mando doc (Disney Gallery: Star Wars) and it’s pretty cool. It’s focused on directing, and thus features a round table discussion between Favreau, Filoni, and all the series directors Seems like each episode will focus on a different department, so I’m guessing the next few will be: Cast and stunts Writers Camera/cinematography and Visual effects Special effects and hair and makeup Production design and costumes Score and sound design A big portion of this first ep was dedicated to everyone gushing about how Filoni knows SW, how he got the job on TCW/met GL, basically painting him as the official heir to Lucasfilm (the “chosen one”)
