Do this every day until you are 100 pounds lighter.

You know OP, on Mars you'd weigh about 110 pounds. Astronaut school maybe? They really should experiment with fat dudes in space because it's not like we're getting any slimmer as a species. And you're already on astronaut food, that's probably a bonus
