Do a handstand, swallow helium, wait till it rises up to a perfectly horizontal bit of your intestines and then stand up normally again. Try to keep level. Do this every day until you are 100 pounds lighter. (Don't do hydrogen though. Nazis use hydrogen)

You know OP, on Mars you'd weigh about 110 pounds. Astronaut school maybe? They really should experiment with fat dudes in space because it's not like we're getting any slimmer as a species. And you're already on astronaut food, that's probably a bonus
