oh nice PLANET CRAFTER is getting a new biome in October, some lava flows etc should be interesting, it was difficult to kill yourself in regular PC up until now, there were very few hazards except falls and deep water. I still haven't gone back and put time on the last update that added amphibians to the tree of creatures you could evolve., might do so when the volcanic area lands. if you want a low stress builder, this is a great game. Little grinds in the later stages, but I never felt my time was wasted.

on the contrary, i was put off by the early grind and especially all the wasted time exploring. the world is like 20% overscale for what little ability to run & jump the character has to start with (hell idk if it ever gets better, I never got there)

i picked up outer wilds again after all the spoilerposting the other day i'm definitely further in it than last time and trying to figure everything out but the timed nature of the puzzle that is the game world is frustrating me to no end

They should do an Apex season with pilot movement and titans. if your squad gets like 10 kills they can call in titans or something idk.

there have been a couple of other games with levels like that, there's a good one in dishonored 2 not sure there's ever been an entire game like that, where you can switch at will at all times

Agile Vector posted:late reply, but i don't think so, possibly it's an averaged lump. for one i got a 140xp or some such but i recall there being enough enemies to get 200+. there's nothing to stop me from razing the group after, i suppose it seems like some of the more difficult encounters, where you have to succeed a lot of high conversation checks, have paid off pretty big with exp. and there are some conversations you can get xp out of that wouldn't necessarily turn into a fight otherwise, so i feel like it balances out. regardless, the difference is that you level up after 10 hours instead of 9.5, so w/e cbg3s: the bastards swooped in and killed my cat friend. idgaf how good at persuasion/intimidation/deception they think they are are, they aren't talking their way out of this one
