I bought odyssey but refunded it because that awful Ubisoft launcher kept logging me out and made it a huge pain in the rear end to play via steam link. welp that's my experience with asscreed thanks for reading.

The Fool posted:apple tv with steamlink is something I've done with retroarch yah I use it a lot and it works pretty well. if your gaming compute and appletv or whatever you're running steamlink on are on a wired network it works a lot better

for a flight sim you probably want an actual flight stick I would recommend the saitek cyborg 3d gold but I bought mine 20 years ago and they don't make it anymore

haveblue posted:in at least one of the far cry games the main conflict is triggered in the opening sequence when for one brief moment your curiosity gets the better of you, and you get into trouble. but if you don’t do that, the scene resolves itself peacefully and credits roll yeah that was far cry 4. you just gotta hang out in the dining room at the beginning for like 15 minutes.

assassins creed origins is the only game i've ever refunded on steam. all the uplay login online bullshit made it extremely annoying to play via steamlink.

i reinstalled portal 1 and 2 last night because someone was posting about them somewhere started portal 1 at like 9:30 pm and was done with it by 11. i didn't think it was that short lol
