mountains have become my default for building rooms. i don't build walls outside the mountains until i've run out of mountain to build under.

the lutris/epic store is some comedy gold. if you use lutris to attempt to install an epic store game (say ds), and the install fails for any reason, lutris gives you the option to "delete game files" from the failed install.

in the case of the install being an epic store install, it deletes the entire epic store wine prefix and every game in it.

neat.

generally anything steam based works well enough that I don't bother with checking reviews ahead of time and just rely on steam refunds to sort things

obviously the epic store under linux is way off anyone's happy path though

and then it was almost 10:30p, and the brewery with the pins closes in a half hour. god dammit ftl.

nothing i trust more than people who show that haven't used it in twenty years by whining about problems that don't exist. the only linux suspend "problems" in a really long time are new, caused by hardware decisions, and affect users across platforms. i.e. computers that wake constantly to try to phone microsoft
