It was pretty good. Definitely has potential. You wouldn't know if you don't have Hulu, though. Maybe it's time to finally ditch Netflix (the shittiest of the main 3) so you can board the hype train and watch this new show. There are some real sparks of creativity. I liked the retrace your stepalizer. Also, the episode about getting a bear was pretty good. Only 8 episodes seems like a good start.

didnt take log for politics to come in and ruin the show. Started targetting certain people on certain characteristics. Show tries to be like rick and morty but also not and it cant make up its mind. Stopped watching after episode 6.

The 7th episode that tells the story of the hierarchy of those trapped in the wall, complete with the uprising, religious theology revolving around Jesse and the flood was absolutely enthralling. It definitely could be its own spin-off series. I hope they do more episodes like that one maybe just like one a season would be perfect.

The violence seems a lot more graphic than in Rick and Morty. Lots of people being transformed into meat. I can’t say I dislike it.

It was intentionally cheesy and cliche but they really leaned into it and embraced it rather than reminding the viewer "ha ha get it it's funny because they're small" When the mouse drowned I kept waiting for the gag but it never came

For example when Summer farts you might laugh because farts sound funny but would you understand why Summer farting is subversive? I liked it a lot. It had a lot of the Justin Roiland dark humor and wacky sci-fi stuff without the Dan Harmon alcoholic self-loathing. I like Rick and Morty and the way it has Rick be a miserable gently caress but it gets to be a bit much sometimes.
