I just watched the first episode. I am immediately bummed that the show isn't just the Joint Chiefs round table for 10 episodes because that was a loving slam dunk set of actors to waste on apparent quickshot cameos. Also, ending it with Kokomo was extra funny coming straight from the latest episode of What We Do in the Shadows.

Ep 2 fell completely flat for me. Like, hard enough that even with the bonus points from my military background, that I'm about to drop it. Does it get better? Or is ep 2 a good gauge on how the rest of the show plays out?
