I mean for years lots of us have thought that the UFC literally sets the rankings themselves since most of the panelists were people who were supposedly journalists, but never actually wrote about MMA (Or used to, but disappeared/stopped years ago), in comparison this is technically less bad. That being said the rankings are a joke either way so the nuance is kind of moot, regardless.

There was that hilarious Brazilian journalist that did nothing but rank Brazilians above everyone else.
