I've got one of those keyboards with a little touchscreen thing up top that controls stuff like volume, video playback, etc. But something in it has gone on the fritz and I'm definitely not qualified to open it up and play with the innards, so I'm wondering if there's any way to disable those functions in Windows proper?

Generally it's unobtrusive, but if I'm watching a video it has a chance to randomly just force it to start over or skip to the end, and sometimes it'll automatically start turning the volume to max/min and pop up this little windows onscreen volume bar (and associated discord channel thing). Which then never goes away until I actively unplug the keyboard.
