 idgi, organs going to needy people, the whole thing is a bit ghoulish in general but I don't think SKIN and EYES are weirder than HEART or LIVER.

 I appreciate it's not easy, but you need the organs in good condition so an appropriate mourning time before paperwork isn't really possible.

It seems like completing an extremely virtuous final act on their behalf is a great tribute.
