Also, yesterday was indeed good Tourism, and I spent my morning trimming 80 minutes of video footage down into an 8 minute montage to prep for the end of the month. After all, there's still more TLOUSDAYS between now and the end of July...

ND is never again going to bundle multiplayer with a prestige story title again. they've been trying for years now to untangle the two for whatever image, culture, or workflow reasons (not including UC2/3 multi in the remaster of 1/2/3, or UC 4 multi in the remaster of 4/LL ), and their general treatment of Factions for years has been a sort of embarrassed nod with an acknowledgement that their corporate structure up until this point was absolutely unable to support live service games in even the most barebones ways at the same time that they were developing new titles. we'll see if the bungie deal helps make Factions 2 Standalone a different beast, but yeah, i don't expect a new story-based ip from them to ever come bundled with multi again

The biggest improvement of the remake is actually having companion AI. The original Last of Us 1 enemies essentially just ignored Ellie and had to because she would run directly in front of enemies all the time and not be spotted TLOU 2's AI on the other hand is fantastic

They should remake factions, but it is entirely the Crash Bandicoot running from the boulder level and you have seperate teams running towards the screen trying to avoid the tumbling Bloater and chucking obstacles into each others paths.
