Local constabulary did respond right quick with an announcement. It is a gated community and thus a privately built street, which in their great state means any homeowners would have been well within their rights to shoot dead any people walking on it who made them feel scared. He praised the couple for their restraint and said if any non-residents can be identified from photos they will be charged with criminal trespass.
