Here is my July hot take:- I think the Neo Geo Pocket Color is a severely underrated console and that if it had been released at the same time as the Game Boy Color with just a few extra features like four buttons and if SNK wasnt literally on it's last legs financially during it's release it couldve been a real contender. It had great games for the time, the graphics were nice, and it only used two AA batteries. There I said it.

My Gaming Goal for July is to finish the main story quest for FFXIV: Shadowbringers I'm at level 76 at the moment and the it feels like the game is starting to drop some big story bombs on me so I'm very excited to see where it goes. Also, the Rak'tika Greatwood music is fantastic, which isn't a huge surprise I suppose as so much of the FFXIV OST is. Might have to break out my bass guitar and see if I can transcribe the bass line and groove along.

Well I solved one of the Outer Wilds things in my previous post by kinda brute forcing things and jamming the ship through a crevice but the information I learned there doesn't seem to help with any of the others lol

I really liked XCOM1 but then when I played 2 the game just felt absolutely impossible. I watched BeagleRush play his first War of the Chosen campaign and he spent two hours trying to beat the very first mission with no casualties

I'm here to tell you all that bug fables is real good wish it would hand out attack boosts though tbh by this far into paper mario mario already had the tier two boots and hammer and still doing base-level damage is annoying
