The best place to farm stats is 4-1-5 which drops katars so it's probably best to wait until you get an agi+ one to max it out.

I had to go to pity but at least I'm back up to 10k gems with all the login stuff. I got 2 valentine's rocboq, 3 Thomas and 1 Wil. Thomas and Wil were dupes sadly, I was hoping for an SS Blue but I guess White Rose does sun damage too?
