These are invisibility sheafs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iiDQVpvbAbM Basically, they're lenticular lens arrays that hide objects at the right distance from them. Doesn't look ready for the military quite yet, but it's certainly something. It looks like the company is one guy trying to sell his optics tinkerings to the army. He already makes a brisk business selling regular camouflage, I think
