it was a king of the hill room. I got 16 wins and only 2 losses which means I more or less controlled the room for around one hour. That's fairly easy to do when there's a brand new DLC character who everyone is trying out and subsequently losing to my Quan Chi/Cyrax/Mileena skills   these 2 are both new but the T-1000 from Terminator 2 just dropped 2day

Also how does "king of the hill" work in a 1v1 fighting game? I usually think of that game mode being more of a free for all, do they just throw a bunch of people in at once or is it like a bracket tournament or?

I was thinking of it in more of a literal and traditional style, which doesn't make much sense for a 1v1 fighting game, but that sounds like a good way to describe that game mode too, which sounds like it could be pretty fun as long as you aren't awful, lol.

A better story is that also in a box somewhere is like a $15 knockoff original Nintendo and some games my friend got me as a present when they were into physically rebuilding old game cartridges as a hobby. That one would probably be more fun if it wasn't for the fact that there's some noticeable input lag that makes it less fun to play most stuff, which probably has everything to do with it being a $15 knockoff.

Also also doing a super rare "drinking a glass of wine by myself" but that's because I missed dinner and there was a glass of wine left on the table with saran wrap over the top left out for me for some reason. I'm guessing the bottle was getting thrown out. I'll take it!

Watching Barry again and Sally is the worst. Sure ppl keep killing people and loving each other over, but she constantly is awful to everyone and keeps expecting everyone to give her everything. Ffs, Hank should be hated but he's just too funny with dumb poo poo. Clocking in for an afternoon shift after this episode and going to go see if anything sounds good st the shop.
