I can’t think of a time ever in my history of watching NBA games that I’ve watched a Nuggets-Wizards game.

I'm guessing the last time it happened, Carmelo and Gilbert Arenas were on the court

The Nuggets are also resting all of their actual good guards

Barton, Murray, Harris, and Craig are all resting today

The Wizards best available player is a rookie. I'm sure more than anything it's rust

Yeah Washington looked hella rusty, so did Denver until the end to be honest. Washington was playing hard though, that was cool.

Graham I can see but not Luka who was ROY and averaged 21 8 and 6 last year, he was already a star coming into this season.

It's more like the Nets have one player (Caris LeVert) maybe two (Allen) that would see the court at all in a playoff series, they are straight hosed mate

Luka’s stat increases are basically all > than Ingram’s. Nobody expected him to improve so much between his first and second seasons.

I’d be shocked if a single poster here thought Luka was going to improve so much this season.

Ultimately Graham probably has the best argument though.

Nets owe Minnesota a top 14 protected pick, they are totally going to miss the playoffs.

I agree that Luka's improvement has unexpectedly good (as has Trae's I mean Trae became a 30/9 guy after scoring 19 in his rookie year AND improved his efficiency, what in the world) but also kinda feel like maybe MIP should exclude sophomores.
