Dear parents or guardians of Jeffrey Ofyospos, I am writing to inform you that Jeffrey will be unable to graduate to the second goon this year. Although he is a very kind-hearted young man who has an excellent work ethic, this is his sixth time failing a science test since September, and I cannot in good conscience recommend him for graduation. Although Jeffrey performs at or above expected targets in most scientific subjects, he seems more challenged by the concepts of reproduction and life cycles in general. When ask to label the life cycle of an ant, he scribbled HOW IS BABBY FORMED?! in red crayon over the entire paper. As I said, this is a recurring issue affecting both his academic and personal performance. My uncle was a principal and has been a giant rear end in a top hat his entire life and I guarantee any PoC in his district got discriminated against but he was in rural Wyoming and Colorado because he was too much of a sleazebag to get hired anywhere good so it's possible there were literally zero PoC at his schools.
